1. Yangzhou Kaixiang found us through online search in 2013. I remember that in 2013, Kaixiang was still in the old factory area. It was a medium-to-large enterprise with more than 500 employees. The company’s production equipment is die-casting equipment and machining equipment, especially Die-casting equipment, the smoke generated by demoulding during the production process permeates the entire workshop. The hot gas smoke cannot escape and stays in the workshop. The air quality is poor and the smell is strong. The front-line workers are miserable. The boss seeks benefits from the employees in order to improve the environment. Welfare, we decided to find a professional manufacturer to carry out design and transformation. Our company sent people to collect data on site, understand the needs of customers, and design feasible solutions. After final comparison, we selected the Xiaviyi brand as a partner. 220 negative pressure fans were installed in the old factory. The first batch of 120 units was installed, and 100 negative pressure fans were installed successively from 2014 to 2016, which solved the problem of poor ventilation in the workshop and filled with smoke, improved the environment, retained talents, and generated revenue for the company.

2. Due to the need to expand the scale of development, the factory area is not enough, and the government of the old factory area needs to acquire land. Kaixiang reached a consensus with the government in 2017 to replace the old factory area with a new site of 300 acres. Infrastructure construction began in 2018 and was capped in 2019. , the production equipment of the old factory area was gradually moved to the new factory and put into production. The new factory has a factory area of about 70,000 square meters and is divided into a casting workshop and a CNC workshop. Since the new factory area also faces problems such as smoke and heat, out of trust in our company, Kai Mr. Xiang Xu had the foresight to entrust our company to design and reserve the plant during the infrastructure construction. All ventilation equipment was installed before the plant was built and put into production, saving the cost of construction and renovation, and the appearance was more beautiful. Construction began in phases at the beginning of 2000. The first batch of 180 fans was purchased and 100 fans were dismantled from the old factory, a total of 280 fans were used for ventilation in the CNC workshop and casting workshop.
