Cooling principle: water evaporates and absorbs heat. According to this principle, when water flows downward from the upper part of the wet curtain under the action of gravity, a water film will be formed on the surface of the corrugated fiber material; when the flowing air passes through the wet curtain, the water in the water film will absorb the heat in the air. Evaporate, thereby taking away a large amount of latent heat, reducing the temperature of the air passing through the wet curtain, achieving cooling, cooling and humidification purposes;
Cooling condition effect: The cooling effect of the negative pressure cooling wet curtain depends on the evaporation of water. The greater the evaporation, the greater the cooling amplitude. The evaporation mainly depends on three factors: the relative humidity of the air, the ambient temperature and the water surface area. air flow speed. 1. The lower the relative humidity of the air, the greater the evaporation. On the contrary, the higher the relative humidity of the air, the less the evaporation. 2. The higher the ambient temperature, the greater the evaporation. When the ambient temperature is low, the evaporation is smaller. 3. The faster the air flows on the water surface, the faster the evaporation. The larger it is, the slower the flow speed is and the smaller the evaporation volume is (according to different climatic conditions, the supply air temperature difference can reach 5-15℃).
